What is Taktik AI Studio?
Taktik AI Studio is a set of AI marketing tools in one dashboard: a social media caption generator, a short-form video script generator, an ad copy generator and an ecommerce product description generator. You describe what you need, the AI drafts it, and you copy, refine or save the result.
How do AI credits work?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits: 50 on Free, 250 on Starter, 750 on Pro and 2,500 on Agency. Each generation costs a small number of credits (for example, a caption costs 1 credit, a video script costs 2). Credits are used when a generation is attempted and automatically refunded if the generation fails. Unused credits reset on the 1st of each month.
Which AI tools are included in my plan?
All plans include the same four core tools: the caption generator, the video script generator, the ad copy generator and the product description generator. Plans differ by monthly credit allowance. New tools (content calendar, email assistant, brand voice profiles and more) are on the roadmap and will be announced to customers first.
Do I need technical skills to use it?
No. Each tool is a simple form: fill in a few fields about your business or product, click Generate, and edit the result. If you can write a social media post, you can use Taktik AI Studio.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if a payment fails?
We notify you by email and retry the payment. Your account stays active during a short grace period so you are never cut off without warning. If payment still cannot be collected, the subscription is paused until billing is resolved.
Is my content private?
Yes. Your generations, saved content and account data are visible only to you. We do not sell your data. The text you enter is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your requested output, and API keys are stored encrypted on our servers — never in your browser.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your billing settings — no emails, no calls, no retention maze. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Which languages can the tools write in?
Each tool lets you choose the output language. English, French and Spanish are supported today, and you can also set the tone of voice — professional, friendly, playful, bold and more depending on the tool.
Do you offer refunds?
Our refund terms are described in the Refund Policy. In short: if a generation fails, its credits are refunded automatically. For subscription refunds, please see the policy or contact us and we will take a fair look at your case.
Can agencies use one account for multiple clients?
The Agency plan includes a 2,500-credit monthly allowance designed for high-volume use. Dedicated multi-client workspaces and team seats are on the roadmap — Agency customers will be first to know when they launch.
